Should the cover be washed after each use?
Washing the cover after each use is not mandatory and depends mainly on your feelings.
On average, 2 hours of use allows the cover to be reused several times before washing.
We recommend washing the covers at 30° to prevent fading. You can also purchase additional covers to use in rotation.
Is using Holi enjoyable?

How often should I use Holi?
To feel the long-term benefits, we recommend using it for at least 1 hour per day.
Practice time may vary depending on the desired results. For optimal results, it is recommended to practice daily.
How many sessions can I do per day?
You can use the kit as many times as needed.
Leave at least 30 minutes between each application.
Where should I place the cold pack?
Insert the pocket into its cover before using it.
You can either place it directly in your underwear, like a sanitary napkin; or put it between your underwear and your pants to cope with the cold more easily.
